Chaloin Chocolaterie, founded in 1921, continues a craft passed down through four generations. In 2016, Marc Chaloin, representing the fourth generation, settled with his family in Puyméras in the Vaucluse to create his production workshop as well as a sales and tasting space.
Perfect on bread, crepes, or brioche, it is also irresistible straight from the spoon for the most indulgent! With few ingredients, no GMOs, and no palm oil, the result is a smooth artisanal spread enhanced with generous crunchy caramel pieces, adding texture and intensity.
